A sterilizer is a product or device intended to achieve sterilization under specified conditions. That is a different objective from ordinary cleaning or disinfection.
What this means at your property
A service description using “sterilize” should identify the actual process, compatible items and evidence supporting the claim. General room cleaning should not be described as sterilization merely because an antimicrobial product was used.
What should be clarified in a proposal?
Ask exactly what item or surface is being treated, which instructions apply and how the result will be established. Compare the promised outcome with the scope and product documentation rather than treating similar-sounding claims as equivalent.
