Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HTX Elite Build handles information collected through htxelitebuild.com and related service inquiries. It covers our website and inquiry process; external websites have their own privacy practices.

Information you provide

When you request service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and type, requested service, damage details, loss date if supplied, urgency, and any project description you enter. Please share only information relevant to the work. Do not include payment card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information in the intake form.

Work authorizations and optional occupant information

Our work authorization form also collects the property owner or agent, authority to sign, scope or estimate reference, agreed work description, acknowledgments, product preferences, electronic signatures and signing date/time. We retain the wording version and server receipt timestamp with the signed record. You may choose to share limited occupant precautions such as allergies, chemical sensitivities or occupancy concerns, or decline that section and discuss concerns by phone. The Full Health Work Authorization version also asks whether a resident is under physician care and, if you choose to provide that information, resident names and physician name/phone. These fields are optional as part of the questionnaire; declining that section prevents those answers from being stored. Only share information you are authorized to provide and do not upload medical records. Providing a physician contact does not authorize us to contact them. Optional analytics and marketing scripts are not loaded on intake or work authorization pages. Separate operational logs record form endpoint, response status and processing time, without form answers or signatures. Signed copies may be downloaded to your device; keep them securely. Contact us for access, correction or privacy requests involving these records.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your property and service needs, prepare for project planning, coordinate requested services, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing text program or confirm an appointment.

Text messages and SMS consent

HTX Elite Build Service Texts is our optional, non-marketing messaging program for service requests, including requested phone verification codes, customer support, appointment confirmations, arrival times and project updates. The intake form has a separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent box for these non-marketing service texts. That checkbox does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages, and is separate from website terms and cookie choices. Providing your phone number or accepting website cookies does not by itself grant SMS consent. You may submit a service request without opting in. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. We store your SMS choice, the disclosure wording and version, the source form, and a server timestamp with your inquiry to document that choice. Opting in does not verify ownership of a phone number.

Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in records and messaging consent, is never sold, rented or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent for another company’s own purposes. We may provide this information to service providers, including Whisper AiML and Twilio, solely as needed to operate and deliver the HTX Elite Build messaging program on our behalf. It is not used to enroll you in their messaging programs.

Message frequency varies with your service requests and project activity. Messages may be automated. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP to an HTX program message or by calling (346) 603-5483. Reply HELP for assistance. For program details, read our SMS Terms. Messaging and phone verification will become available after registration and technical setup are complete.

Website, location and browser information

Our hosting provider processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, device/browser information, requested pages and security logs. Vercel supplies an approximate city and region based on an IP address to help display local contact information. This is not GPS location, can be inaccurate, and does not determine service availability. We do not request precise browser location. You can change the displayed town; your selection is stored in your browser and does not replace the property address you submit.

Cookies and analytics choices

Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choices and selected service area. Analytics and website advertising preferences are enabled by default until you reject them or save different choices. Previously saved rejections remain in effect. While analytics are enabled, we use AIMLCommand tracking in our Neon database alongside Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand website usage. Vercel Web Analytics receives public-page views while analytics are enabled; we remove query strings and fragments and exclude intake and work authorization pages. AIMLCommand records a random visitor ID (stored for up to 180 days), sessions that expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, page journeys, referring domains, campaign labels, link clicks, scroll milestones, approximate city/region, device/browser categories and generic browser-error counts. It does not record form values, signatures, raw error messages, URL query strings, full external URLs or raw IP addresses. A keyed address hash is used separately to limit abusive tracking requests. Google Analytics may process usage information under its own policies. Your website advertising preference controls Google advertising consent signals and Meta Pixel (Facebook) page-view and contact-action tracking on public pages. Clicking our business phone link records a Contact event; opening the service-request form records a ServiceRequestStart event. These measure clicks, not completed calls or submitted requests. Event parameters contain only fixed action labels, not phone numbers, form answers or SMS consent. When both analytics and website advertising are enabled, Meta may receive page URLs, browser/device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers to measure advertising performance. Meta Pixel is excluded from intake and work authorization pages; we do not send form values, phone numbers or SMS consent records to it. Cookie preferences never grant SMS consent or enroll you in a text-message program. We do not intentionally send intake field values to analytics.

While analytics are enabled, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use public pages through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity loads after the page has loaded, during browser idle time when available. It may process page content, clicks, scrolling, page URLs, browser/device information and cookie identifiers. Clarity masks input contents by default and is excluded from intake and work authorization pages. We pass your analytics and website advertising choices to Clarity. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for its data practices.

You can reject optional tracking, change your choices below, or clear browser storage. Withdrawing analytics stops Clarity and clears its first-party cookies along with AIMLCommand visitor/session identifiers. Withdrawing analytics or website advertising revokes Meta Pixel consent, clears its first-party cookies and reloads the site to stop previously loaded optional scripts; it does not undo information already processed. If browser settings prevent preferences from being saved, rejection applies to the current page visit but may not persist after a reload.

Service providers and disclosures

The website is hosted on Vercel, and service inquiry answers are stored in a Neon database through our server. Access is intended for authorized personnel and service providers supporting the website and requested work. We may disclose relevant information to parties needed to fulfill your request, with your direction, or when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights, or address fraud or security issues. These disclosures do not permit sharing mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. External booking, career, social-media and review links take you to independently operated services.

Retention and security

We retain information for the service relationship and related business, legal, recordkeeping and security needs. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect inquiry information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Requests to delete information are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements and legitimate exceptions.

Your privacy requests

Contact us at the phone number or mailing address below to ask about information you supplied, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Where applicable law gives additional rights, including an appeal of a request decision, we will handle requests under that law. Browser tracking preferences are available without submitting an intake request.

Children and policy updates

This website is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We may update this policy as our services or practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
