These terms govern your use of htxelitebuild.com and its inquiry tools, provided by HTX Elite Build. By using the website, you agree to these website terms. Written agreements for a particular project govern that work and take priority over general website descriptions if they differ.

Service inquiries and availability

An intake submission asks us to contact you. A receipt confirms that your inquiry was saved; it does not confirm dispatch, a booking, a price, insurance coverage, or an agreement to perform work. Availability, access, project conditions, scope and scheduling must be confirmed separately. For urgent property assistance call (346) 603-5483. Call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety.

HTX Elite Build Service Texts — SMS Terms

HTX Elite Build Service Texts provides non-marketing messages related to your service request: requested phone verification codes, customer support, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival times, scheduling changes and project updates. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies with your requests and project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

This service program does not include marketing or promotional text messages. Accepting these website terms or cookie settings does not opt you in to SMS. To opt in, check the separate, optional, unchecked service SMS consent box on our intake form and submit the form using a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can leave the box unchecked and still submit your request. An SMS opt-in does not confirm dispatch, an appointment, or ownership of the supplied number. Verification codes will be sent only when requested; never share a verification code.

Reply STOP to cancel texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call (346) 603-5483 for assistance or to withdraw consent. Tell us if your mobile number changes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency service.

Estimates, contracts and payments

Individual customer experiences do not guarantee a particular outcome, and roofing testimonials do not establish mold-remediation credentials.
