A contractor referring to OSHA should be discussing applicable worker protections and practices. The agency’s name is not a product warranty, an endorsement of a company or proof that a particular property is ready for occupancy.
What should I ask a project provider?
Ask who is responsible for the work-zone plan, employee protections and communication of access restrictions. If a proposal cites a specific requirement, request the relevant reference and how it applies to the actual work.
